Medium Voltage Pin Type Insulators

These insulators are used for medium voltage overhead distiribution lines to fix the conductors to the post. These insulators are indicated as PUNCTUREABLE (B type) insulators in IEC -383 standard and called PIN TYPE INSULATORS.

This insulator group comprises the following products;
- Pin type insulators in accordance with TSE and DIN norms up to 24 kV max. service voltage level.
- Pin type insulators in accordance with TSE and DIN norms up to 36 kV max. service voltage for normal and polluted areas. These insulators are made of porcelain KER 110-1, according to DIN 40685.

Other types of insulators not covered by this catalogue, can also be produced upon customer’s request.
