Double Lamp Armature+Control Box

1- GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
System consists of one unit double lamp armature and one unit control box. System operates under the control of photocell relay which automatically turns the system on when outside gets dark and turns the system off when outside begins to lighten. If the photocell sensor connections are cancelled, the system works around the clock. Before the first installation of the system to the tower, functional test by choosing manual mode has to be performed. Following options of the system are available:

Lamp Type :
Gemta Led Lamp - Fluorescent - Xenon
Gemta Led Lamp : Led Lamps, which are designed and produced by Gemta, are fully made of led. Their life expectancy is very long (approximately 100.000 hours) and because of this we recommend them to the customers.
Lamp Light Intensity:
Low intensity: Led lamp - Fluorescent
Medium intensity: Xenon

Back-up System :
System has two lamps on two separate arms.While one of the lamps is working, the other lamp is waiting as a back-up (figure 1). If active lamp fails, it sends a failure code to the back-up one and consequently turns the back-up lamp on after approx. 4 seconds. All lamp types are suitable for this system.

Simultaneous System :
Both lamps on two arms work simultaneously (figure 2). In case of failure of one lamp, the other one continues to work. All lamp types are suitable for this system.

FailureWarning System :
This system enables the user to control the operation of the system from a distant place. The system requires installation by connecting Failure Outputs (COM: common, NO: normal open) to a sounded or lighted device. In case of failure the lamp sends warning to Failure Warning Unit inside the control box. With the Failure Warning System failure can be repaired very quickly.

Blink System :
This option is recommended for led lamps. Lamps blink 60 times / minute.

Continuous System :
The system works continuously. All lamp types are suitable for this system.

• NYY and LIYCY cables are recommended, but in general cables are subject to customer’s decision
• Cable length must be measured according to the height of the tower and the distance between the power supply and control center.
