SF6 Gas Insulated Overhead Lines Automatic Sectionalizer
Body is made of stainless steel that allows endurance to external conditions. Load breaker system, current transformers and voltage sensors are found in the body.
It's grounded and necessary system is found on the body to assemble surge arresters to be mounted at either sides of the line. This provides a compact structure. It's easy to install the system on multifarious spar.
Mechanism can be turned on both manual and electrically but should be turned off only electrically. Sectionalizer can be followed when it's on/off. A stick must be used for manual opening.
Body of the sectionalizer is wide shut and SF6 gas is filled by sealed pressure system. No need to refill gas for 20 years. When the internal SF-6 gas pressure drops below 0.5 bar, the safety locking device automatically prevents the recloser from operating. The pressure release device that is mounted in a stainless steel protective releases the pressure inside the closer when the internal pressure is over 2,5 bars.
