Wall Bushing Insulators

Wall bushings for outdoor-indoor and indoor-indoor are used as a structure, carrying on conductor through a partition such as a wall and insulating it therefrom, in corporating the means of attachment (flange) to the partition for medium voltage level.

Bushings are delivered as complete units with aluminium or copper conductors. When ordering, it is important to know the ORDER TYPE NUMBER of the wall bushings. For example, if a consumer wants to order outdoor-indoor wall bushing, 30 kV/36 kV service voltage level and 1000 Amp. nominal current range with threaded connection terminal Aluminum conductor, it will enough to indicate the order type number: 559-1000-AL-N

Bushing of other nominal current over 1000 Amps. and higher creepage distances can be also supplied upon customer’s request. All these bushings are made of porcelain KER 110.1 according to DIN 40685.
